Exooto Media Orders

We understand returns are never fun, but we offer a 30 day risk free return policy on all unopened/unused items. You have up to 30 days to submit all return requests from the day the item was delivered. If the item is opened but unused you may still be eligible for a refund (with restocking fees). Please fill out the contact form below providing your order ID and the condition of the item.

Please note: you must submit a return request and get a return authorization from our company in order to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise your return will not be refunded. Please do not send your item back without an return approval, we utilize multiple warehouses and they do not process returns. Please contact us to avoid any refund issues and delays.

Because we sell video games which contain discs. All opened and used items are not eligible for returns. All returns must be new and unopened. However, exceptions are made for defective/damaged items. Once the return is requested, you then have an additional 14 days to send the return back to us. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the item to be returned back to us. If the item is not returned within that 14 day period. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of the item.
